The Florida Local Users' Group (FLUG) Training Forum is a Bentley Institute Sponsored Users' Group event. It provides economical and customizable hands-on training, general sessions, and workshops focused on the latest CADD information in the technology world. The forum's primary purpose is to keep engineers, designers, and technicians up to date and educated. Attendees can expect networking opportunities, direct interaction with Bentley experts, and insights into new workflows relevant to CADD, Reality Modeling, Survey, Drainage, and Road and Bridge/Structures Design and Construction. FLUG is a certified provider of Continuing Education Credits for the Florida Boards of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and Mappers. The 2025 event saw 600 attendees, drawing participants from 25 U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces, indicating its broad appeal beyond a local user base.
Sponsorship options
FLUG offers several Support Partner Packages for companies wishing to promote their goods and services. Packages include Platinum ($2700), Gold ($2200), Silver ($1650), and Bronze ($1200) levels. All packages include full 4-day registration and meals for company representatives/speakers, recognition on the FLUG website, on-site event media, and event brochure, inclusion of a company profile PowerPoint slide show, participation in giveaways, door prizes, and raffles, a 6-foot display table, 2 chairs, electrical access, and WiFi. Higher-tier packages offer additional presentation slots and potential keynote invitations. Support Package fees must be paid at least one week prior to the training forum.
