About this conference
The MAA Fall Conference brings together out-of-school time professionals from across Michigan to learn, connect, and grow. It is designed to spark new ideas, build momentum, and give space to grow, while still leaving room for family fun. The conference will feature a dynamic lineup of workshops and breakout sessions, keynote speakers, opportunities to build connections with colleagues and partners, and exhibitors and resources designed to support high-quality out-of-school time programs. Participants have the opportunity to earn CEU's and 'State Continuing Education Clock Hours' (SCECHs).
Sponsorship options
Gold Sponsorship: $1500 (Free registration for 3 reps, full-page ad, exhibit booth, swag bag items, logo on materials/signage). Silver Sponsorship: $1200 (Free registration for 2 reps, half-page ad, logo on materials/signage). Bronze Sponsorship: $800 (Free registration for 2 reps, quarter-page ad, logo on signage). Wi-Fi Sponsor: $1,000 (Custom Wi-Fi name, signage). Swag Bag Sponsor: $2,000 (Logo on bags, option to include item/flyer, name in program). Lunch Sponsor: $3,000 (Logo signage, option to add branded item, exhibit table, full page ad). Swag Bag Insert Sponsor: $250 (Include one branded item or flyer in bags, 300 items needed, pre-approved by September 30, 2025).
