About this conference
The SCITDA Fall Conference brings together state and local government IT professionals, industry partners, and technology innovators for an engaging and informative experience. Attendees will explore emerging technologies, discuss current trends, and exchange ideas in a collaborative environment designed to inspire progress across the public sector. Each state agency or institution may send the number of members included with their membership, and sponsors may send the number of representatives covered by their purchased passes. This year's conference will include keynote presentations from thought leaders, an agency roundtable session, and a dynamic mix of agency and corporate presentations. Attendees will also enjoy daily breakfast and lunch, a Monday evening reception, and numerous opportunities to network with peers and partners.
Sponsorship options
SCITDA's charter is to provide agency members with the environment and resources in which they can exchange ideas and educate themselves on state-of-the-art developments in the field of Information Technology. Corporate sponsors provide these learning opportunities through exhibits, presentations, and general networking during conferences. Sponsorship in SCITDA provides exclusive access to large numbers of decision makers in the public IT realm for the state of South Carolina. Our Corporate Sponsorships are for the calendar year. Basic sponsorship entitles you to send representatives to the spring leadership meeting, fall conference, and winter social. The Fall Conference is the only event with an exhibit hall, and while marketing materials are welcome at the Spring Conference, only brochures and small swag may be placed on the provided table. The number of attendees that you are allowed is based on your sponsorship level. Sponsorships are limited. Detailed terms and conditions for corporate sponsorship are available on the website, covering aspects such as payment, cancellation, booth rental, use of space, and liability.
