About this conference
The Florida Fire Chiefs' Association's annual Executive Development Conference is intended for head of department Fire Chiefs, Chief Officers, and any Fire Service professionals who currently hold or wish to pursue a career in leadership. The educational program is structured as all general sessions, fostering executive and management level discussions and addressing topics at the forefront of concern for Fire Service leaders. This program aims to give participants a more expansive view of Fire Service issues, their role as leaders to influence the future of their department and the industry as a whole, and to help build and enhance leadership skills. Full registration includes access to various networking events and a guest pass for a spouse/partner, promoting connection and idea sharing within the 'fire family' concept.
Sponsorship options
Vendor opportunities are available primarily through sponsorship and include a limited vendor showcase of cocktail rounds where only informational materials and approved giveaways are permitted. Sponsorship benefits typically include a 6-foot table-top display during the Vendor Reception, priority points for Fire-Rescue EAST booth selection, company recognition on the mobile app and signage, and acknowledgment during general session remarks. Exhibitor Only option is $1,500 for a cocktail round at the Vendor Reception. Specific sponsorship items range from $3,000 to $50,000 and include branded items (pens, lanyards, registrant bags, mobile app, attendee gifts), event sponsorships (Past Presidents' Luncheon, Memorial Service, Board of Directors Dinner, Prayer Breakfast, Installation Reception, Monday Night Off-site Social, Opening Party, Installation and Annual Awards Banquet), Fire Chief of the Year Awards, Partner/Spouse Programs, Speaker Sponsorship, Refreshment Breaks, Conference Breakfast, and Conference Lunch.
