2026 Executive Assistants Leadership Conference

The 2026 Executive Assistants Leadership Conference, held November 17–18 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offers two full days of professional development and networking designed to strengthen connections and enhance the skills of executive and administrative assistants serving California community colleges. The workshop provides participants with opportunities to exchange ideas, build meaningful professional relationships, and explore strategies that support personal and professional growth. Through engaging sessions and collaborative discussions, attendees will gain practical tools and fresh perspectives on leadership, communication, organizational effectiveness, workplace well-being, and emerging best practices in higher education. The 2026 EALC is designed to empower executive and administrative assistants to navigate the evolving demands of their roles while fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence across California’s community college system.
