2026 EmpowerUS Summit

EmpowerUs Summit is the Womxn’s Center for Success’ annual leadership conference that brings together students, staff, faculty, and alumni to explore leadership through the lens of gender equity and empowerment. This year’s theme, Rooted in Belonging, Rising in Joy, invites participants to ground themselves in community, identity, and shared experiences while cultivating joy, resilience, and possibility in their leadership journeys. The summit features inspiring speakers, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to connect, grow, and reflect on what it means to lead with purpose and authenticity. The Summit serves as a space for attendees to harness their power and potential and learn valuable lessons and skills from a diverse list of guest speakers. The event highlights the stories of womxn in leadership, promotes personal and professional development, centers identity exploration, and uplifts well-being practices that sustain us in our journeys. It is also a time where womxn are able to network with others in the UCI community.
