About this conference
The Emerging Researchers National (ERN) Conference in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) is hosted by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Center for STEMM Education and Workforce (CSEW) Programs and the National Science Foundation (NSF) Directorate for STEM Education (EDU). The conference aims to broaden the participation of students from groups underrepresented in STEM disciplines, including minorities, persons with disabilities, and women. It provides professional development for undergraduate and graduate students studying any STEMM discipline. Objectives include enhancing science communication skills and preparing for global STEM careers. The 2.5-day conference features student poster and oral presentations, plenary sessions with STEM professionals, and workshops on applying for and succeeding in graduate programs, finding graduate school funding, career preparation, employment searches, and understanding international research and education opportunities. Exhibitors from government, academia, and business will showcase graduate programs, fellowships, summer undergraduate research programs, and employment opportunities.
Sponsorship options
ERN offers four sponsorship levels: Platinum ($25,000), Gold ($15,000), Silver ($10,000), and Bronze ($5,000). Each level provides organizational visibility and direct support for student participation and engagement. Sponsorship benefits may include exhibit booths, plenary remarks, advertising on the conference app and website, signage, and support for student travel stipends, engagement events, or research studies. Additionally, a limited number of a la carte sponsorship opportunities are available for supporting specific conference events or student-focused activities, such as an Ice Cream Social ($18,000), DJ for closing celebration ($7,500), survey incentives ($3,750), or student travel awardees ($2,250).
