About this conference
This Conference provides a nuts and bolts review of the myriad of important issues municipal officials face on a regular basis, from Sunshine Law to interacting with others in moments of disagreement, planning and zoning, revenue sources, budgets, fraud, ethics, and leadership. It is open to all local leaders who want a foundational understanding of municipal governance.
