About this conference
The 2026 ELECT Conference is a dynamic statewide learning opportunity for Pennsylvania educators, youth service providers, and other professionals working with expectant and parenting students. This two-day event is designed to explore emerging trends, strengthen cross-system partnerships, and discover best practices and actionable strategies for effectively supporting the personal, social, and educational development of expectant and parenting students, in line with the Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT) program's goals to help youth earn a high school diploma, transition to employment or higher education, and become successful parents and self-sufficient adults.
