About this conference
The Dallas Antiquarian Book Fair is a three-day event organized by the Texas Booksellers Association (TBA), Half Price Books, Southwest Chapter ABAA, and Potter and Potter Auctions. Its primary aim is to bring together booksellers, the public, collectors, and bibliophiles, including librarians, historians, and university representatives. Attendees will have the opportunity to view and acquire unique materials such as rare books, manuscripts, maps, ephemera, photographs, association copies, and other items related to the printed and written word. The fair will be held in a former antique car showroom facility, offering ample space and free parking.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor booths and store front spaces are available for rent. Exhibitor booths (8x8 ft with covered tables, an exhibitor sign, ID badges, two chairs, and bags and seals) are priced at $900. Store front spaces, which vary in size and include benches, a glass window, an exhibitor sign, ID badges, and two chairs, are available for $1200. Interested parties can download exhibitor contracts and booth fee documents.
