2026 CoSA Annual Meeting

CoSA's 2026 Corporate Sponsorship Program offers two categories: Corporate Partners and Corporate Sustainers. Corporate Partners, starting at $10,000 annually, receive benefits such as a 60-minute ShopTalk webinar, a meeting with the CoSA board and staff, logo placement on CoSA's website and in communications, discounted advertising, access to reports and surveys, two complimentary Full Conference registrations, a 2-minute introduction during the Vendor Introduction Lightning Round, a display table in the exhibit area, the opportunity to submit a program proposal, participation in roundtables and educational sessions, the chance to distribute an 'Issue Paper' to attendees, an opt-in attendee list, and logo on printed materials. Corporate Sustainers can contribute at the $5,000 or $3,000 level. The $5,000 Sustainer level includes a mini-ShopTalk, a 25% advertising discount, access to CoSA's resources, and benefits equivalent to a Gold Level Annual Meeting Sponsorship (one complimentary registration, a 2-minute introduction, a display table, issue paper distribution, attendee list, and logo placement). The $3,000 Sustainer level provides a 25% advertising discount, access to resources, and benefits equivalent to a Gold Level Annual Meeting Sponsorship (one complimentary registration, a display table, logo placement, and social media recognition).
