The 2026 CLA Conference features expert-led workshops, peer-driven sessions, top industry vendors, and exciting networking opportunities---all centered around this year's theme: "Library Evolution". Attendees will leave with tools to help them face day-to-day challenges and advocate for their library and all libraries in their community and beyond. The conference emphasizes the power of stories and the powerful stories libraries have to tell. Whether attendees are looking to grow professionally, discover new ideas, or stay ahead of trends, the CLA Conference is presented as the must-attend library event of the year.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorships are available at the following levels: Platinum Level ($5,000 and above), Gold Level ($2,500 to $4,999), and Silver Level ($500 to $2,499). Sponsors are acknowledged through ads in the printed conference program, recognition at the Membership meeting, signage throughout the venue, and free exhibit hall passes. Platinum Level sponsors may also receive space to host training sessions or client meetings at no additional cost (excluding refreshments and internet). Specific event or service sponsorships are also available for more prominent recognition.
