About this conference
The 2026 CATO Conference, organized by the California Association of Tactical Officers, is a three-day event featuring debriefs, lectures, and hands-on practical courses for tactical operators. The conference also includes a Vendor Show with nearly 100 industry partners showcasing the latest equipment and technology. This annual conference aims to identify trends and prepare roles for present and future missions in law enforcement and tactical operations. It is open to law enforcement, military, corrections, EMS, and Fire personnel, and is pending California POST certification. The conference will begin by 9am on Tuesday, December 1st and conclude by 4pm on Thursday, December 3rd, with a Vendor Preview and Show.
