About this conference
Join us at our Annual Conference in Monterey on May 27 – 30, 2026. Preparations are underway for our annual event and we are excited to be heading to the Hyatt Regency. This year’s Conference theme draws on the resiliency of our membership as we continue "standing strong" together. We are also excited to announce that our President's Welcome Reception will take place at the Monterey Bay Aquarium!
Sponsorship options
Various levels of sponsorship are available including Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($3,000), Silver ($2,000), and Bronze ($1,000). Benefits vary by level and can include company name and logo display, recognition at meetings, listing in the conference program, advance attendee listing, "swag" inclusion, advertising, booth space, speaking opportunities, and complimentary registrations. An additional Reception Sponsorship for $2,000 is also available.
