About this conference
The 2026 CAPPA Annual Conference will be conducted in Branson, Missouri, hosted by Missouri State University. This conference will focus on utilities and sustainability. Educational sessions will be offered for all levels of an organization including front-line maintenance staff, supervisors, business officers, and leaders. A call for papers will be conducted in the spring with final selections in April, with preference given to presenters who include hands-on case studies. CAPPA's purpose is to develop and maintain high standards in the administration, maintenance, operation, planning, and development of facilities management in educational institutions; to promote professional ideals and standards to better serve the objectives of education, and to supplement and assist the work of APPA in the Central region.

Business partner opportunities and sponsorships will be available soon. Opportunities include conference exhibiting, speaking, and general sponsorship. The Business Partner Liaison Committee works to increase vendor member participation in the Association and in conferences, and create opportunities to increase vendor member business.
