Join us for a series of focused sessions addressing the most pressing issues facing California's Local Agency Formation Commissions (LAFCOs) and the communities they serve. Over three days, participants will engage in training, collaboration, and networking to exchange ideas, strengthen professional networks, and advance local government organization and service delivery throughout the state. The workshop will explore emerging topics, share practical insights, and foster discussions designed to enhance understanding of LAFCO roles, responsibilities, and best practices. Special highlights include a mobile workshop with a guided visit to City Farm SLO, SLO Ranch Public Market, and a discussion with the City of San Luis Obispo's Community Development Director.
