About this conference

Planning is underway for the 2026 annual conference in Winston-Salem. Building on two consecutive years of 400+ conference attendance, our goal is to maintain a practitioner-focused program with strong networking value while improving exhibitor flow and engagement. The 2026 annual conference will be held at the Benton Convention Center and include a full agenda with legislative updates, new stormwater technologies, stormwater project presentations, and more. This conference provides partnership and exhibition opportunities for organizations to connect with public works and stormwater professionals across North Carolina and the southeast region. The program will cover topics such as Green Stormwater Infrastructure, Flood Control & Modeling, Resiliency, Sustainability, Programmatic approaches, Stream Restoration, Infrastructure, Technology & Asset Management, Community Engagement & Education, Dams, Funding, and Planning.

Sponsorship options

Partnership levels include Platinum ($3,500), Gold ($2,500), Silver ($1,750), and Bronze ($1,000), with recognition through conference materials, partner boards, banners, and electronic displays. Exhibitor space is available based on partnership level and availability. Registrations and payments received by August 15, 2026, will receive assured recognition in printed materials.
