About this conference
The 2026 APWA-NC Facilities and Grounds Conference, hosted by the Facilities and Grounds Division of the American Public Works Association, North Carolina Chapter (APWA-NC), is an event packed with learning, networking, and coastal charm. Held at the Beaufort Hotel, the conference offers three days of insightful sessions and opportunities to connect with peers and partners in the facilities and grounds community. Attendees can look forward to six engaging educational sessions designed to qualify for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), two fantastic receptions, a Golf Scramble hosted by the APWA NC Chapter Executive Board, and the APWA NC Chapter Past Presidents Dinner. There will also be Partner & Vendor Meet and Greets, allowing interaction with leading partners and vendors and exploration of the latest innovations and solutions in facilities and grounds management.
Sponsorship options
Partnership opportunities are available at three levels, with additional sponsorship opportunities. Platinum ($2,000.00) includes 3 conference registrations, partner material in the registration package, first choice of booth location, up to three minutes presentation at lunch, corporate logo at the event (banner signage), and verbal recognition at the conference. Gold ($1,500.00) includes 2 conference registrations, partner material in the registration package, and corporate logo at the event (banner signage). Silver ($1,000.00) includes 1 conference registration, verbal recognition at the conference, and corporate logo at the event (banner signage). Additional sponsorship opportunities include Break Sponsor ($500.00), Breakfast Sponsor ($1,000.00, 2 available), Opening Reception ($1,000.00), Lunch ($1,500.00), Banquet Reception Partner ($1,000.00), and Banquet Partner ($2,500.00). Partners are encouraged to provide door prize(s) to be given away throughout the conference. Each exhibitor space is approximately 8' x 10' with tables and chairs provided, available on a 'first come, first served' basis based on partner level. Additional representatives for partners are $250.00 each, with some included in higher-level packages.
