Technology is having a profound influence on our workplaces and how we choose to lead through these changes makes all the difference. CALPELRA's 2026 Annual Training Conference brings together public sector leaders, workforce innovators, and labor and HR professionals to learn, strategize, network, and prepare for the many challenges and opportunities we face as we embrace the future in this rapidly changing world. For over 50 years, this conference has provided an interactive forum for learning and sharing experiences among public sector professionals with diverse knowledge, skills, and abilities at all levels of government throughout California. It offers a wide variety of labor, human resources, and employment training sessions, including educational and skill-building presentations that discuss new and critical issues, encourage audience interaction and participation, and promote personal and professional development. The conference will feature over 80 relevant, valuable sessions presented by experts from around the state, with live, real-time learning and exciting opportunities for networking.

Sponsorships include exhibitor booths at various pricing tiers (from $2,700 to $15,200+) which come with full conference registrations, exhibitor-area-only badges, tickets to the Thursday Grand Reception, drink tickets, and dashboard screen banners depending on the tier.
