About this conference
The Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium Conference is an annual educational event for service providers and families of children ages birth to three who have or are at risk for developmental delays. This two-day conference provides an opportunity for practitioners, researchers, physicians, higher education faculty, families, and policy makers to join in learning and networking together. The program aims to instill confidence and energy for continued work on behalf of infants and toddlers with special needs, encourage connections among early childhood professionals and families, promote supportive interventions, explore current research and trends, and expand knowledge of issues affecting infant, toddler, and family development.
Sponsorship options
The conference offers several sponsorship tiers: Diamond ($10,000), Platinum ($7,500), Gold ($5,000), Silver ($2,500), Bronze ($1,000), and Benefactor ($500). Benefits include exhibitor booths, discounts on registrations, inclusion in the Exhibitor Booklet, and recognition on the conference website. One-day exhibitor booths are available for $250 ($200 early bird by February 28, 2026), and a page in the Exhibitor Booklet can be purchased for $100. All sponsor and exhibitor applications are due by March 31, 2026.
