2026 Annual Meeting

Sponsorships are available at various levels, offering a range of benefits and recognition throughout the conference. These include: - Platinum Sponsor ($2,500): Includes Bronze, Silver, and Gold benefits, plus up to five minutes to speak during a general or breakout session, an additional conference attendee registration (total of 3), up to a full-page ad in the VASWCD membership directory, and social media/website shout-outs. - Gold Sponsor ($1,250): Includes Bronze and Silver benefits, plus verbal recognition during multiple general sessions, an additional conference attendee registration (total of 2, valued at $595), prime location exhibit space with increased area and internet access, up to a half-page advertisement in the SWCD Directory, and an electronic conference attendee list. - Silver Sponsor ($750): Includes Bronze benefits, plus recognition on the general session screen, an invitation and drink tickets to a reception with VASWCD leaders, one conference attendee registration (valued at $295.00, covering training, breakfast, breaks, luncheons, and banquet dinner), and a 20% discount on SWCD Directory Advertising. - Bronze Support Sponsor / Non-Profit Sponsor ($250): Includes sponsor information in the meeting program and on the VASWCD website meeting page, along with a six-foot exhibit space (skirted table and two chairs). - District Exhibitors Only ($100): A special rate for Soil and Water Conservation Districts, where VASWCD assists with the cost of space.
