2026 Annual COSA Seaside Conference

After a year of complex challenges and meaningful progress, the COSA Seaside Conference offers Oregon’s school leaders a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. This annual gathering brings together administrators from across the state who understand the weight—and the purpose—of this work, creating a shared experience rooted in community, learning, and renewal. Centered on this year’s theme, Leading with Hope, the conference will explore the role of hope as both a mindset and a strategy for leadership.
