About this conference
The Annual Conference & Expo invites over 2,000 water professionals for an immersive experience. Attendees can participate in a BBQ competition, network with peers, and explore over 100 technical sessions, earning up to 12 W/WW recertification points and PDHs. The event features an Exhibit Hall with over 300 exhibitors and competitions in the Town Square. Additional activities include a 5K River Run & Walk, the People’s Choice Best-Tasting Water competition, a Student Poster Session, New Member Social, Keynote Luncheon, and President’s Reception. The conference is targeted towards individuals involved in water and/or wastewater, including Utility Directors, Operators, City/State/County Government Officials, Manufacturers Representatives, Consultants, and Engineers.
Sponsorship options
The GAWP Annual Sponsorship program provides valuable promotional and networking opportunities for sponsors. The $7,500 Annual Sponsorship runs on a calendar year basis and requires Corporate Membership. Benefits include signage of sponsor logos in GAWP and GWWI Lobbies, one free registration to GAWP's Annual Leadership Academy, one registration to each Executive Luncheon Series event, and recognition at GAWP's Annual, Spring, and Fall Conference & Expos. Conference recognition includes on-site program logo listing, signage in the Exhibit Hall, sponsor logo PowerPoint shows at the Opening Session and Conference Registration, sponsor logos printed on Annual Conference t-shirts, and 'Sponsor' name-badge ribbons for employees. Exhibitors who are Annual Sponsors will have their information highlighted in the Conference Clarifier. Publications & online benefits include logo listing in The News & Notes, logo placement on the GAWP website home page, logo listing in the GAWP e-news, logo listing in The Georgia Operator, sponsor logos and descriptions in the GAWP Year in Review/Fall Operator, sponsor logos as the centerfold of the Conference Clarifier, and discounted ad rates for the Conference Clarifier.
