About this conference
The WACAC Annual Conference is the largest event hosted for members, occurring each spring. This three-day conference provides opportunities for members to unwind, rejuvenate, reconnect, and engage in professional development. It supports and advances the work of counseling and enrollment professionals from California and Nevada as they assist all students in realizing their full potential, with a specific emphasis on freshman and transfer transitions to higher education, and a focus on access and equity for all students. The event features various sessions, exhibitor halls, and networking opportunities.
Sponsorship options
Extensive sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, including: The Lincoln ($10,000) offering two full conference registrations, lobby signage, website ads, branded novelty item placement, verbal recognition, app push notifications, social media recognition, and an exhibitor showcase. The Desdemona ($8,000) includes one full conference registration, hotel lobby signage, branded novelty item placement, logo recognition, verbal recognition, app push notifications, and social media recognition. The Damask ($5,000) provides branded novelty item placement, logo recognition, conference signage, verbal recognition, app push notifications, and social media recognition (does not include a table). Program/Event sponsorships are also available for specific elements such as the Counselor College Fair ($7,500), Conference Lanyards ($5,000), Conference Totes ($5,000), Opening Session & Keynote Speaker ($5,000), First-Timer Breakfast ($5,000), and others ranging from $2,000 to $4,000. Additionally, options include Full Conference Scholarship ($1,500), Conference Registration Scholarship ($450), and Conference Attendees List ($1,000). Exhibitor registration is $1,200, which includes a table and attendance for one.
