This three-day event is packed with hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and technical presentations. Attendees can expect educational sessions ranging from general to technical, covering all aspects of GIS use in the state, information on new data and applications, networking opportunities, and fun-filled activities. The conference also features Special Interest Groups (e.g., Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Elevation/LiDAR; Municipal and Utilities; NextGen 911; Open Source; Cartography; UAS; Tribal GIS), a Land Information Officers Network (LION) meeting, a map contest, an exhibitors showcase, a WLIA town hall forum, awards, business, and board meetings, a Job Board, and Career Connections.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels: Platinum ($3,750), Gold ($2,750), Silver ($1,650). These main sponsorships include benefits such as WLIA membership, priority booth location, complimentary conference registrations, advertising in the conference program, custom promotional items, signage, acknowledgment during general sessions, presentations, and access to the attendee list. Other sponsorships include Lanyard Sponsor ($2,200, exclusive), Map Contest Sponsor ($300), Opening Night Sponsors ($250), Break Sponsors ($250), and WI-FI Sponsor ($250). Exhibit booth spaces are also available for For-Profit Organizations ($1,000) and Non-Profit Organizations ($400), each including one free annual conference registration and an Organization Level One Membership. Additional exhibit booths can be purchased for $300 each, and additional full conference registrations for employees of exhibiting organizations are available at $260 each. Workshops are $90 each for WLIA Members.
