The PSHRA NC (Public Sector HR Association North Carolina Chapter) 2026 Annual Conference is exclusively dedicated to public sector Human Resource professionals. The mission of the organization is to provide year-round educational, legal compliance information, support, training, mentorship, and fellowship to public sector Human Resource professionals throughout North Carolina. This annual conference will be packed with educational and leadership sessions, as well as opportunities for networking and relationship building. The theme is "Rooted in Service, Growing for the Future, Strengthening Public Sector HR." Topics include legal & policy updates, employee wellness & burnout, talent acquisition & retention, workforce & succession planning, HR tech & AI advancements, leadership & change management, DEI, compensation, professional development, and workplace investigations.
