2026 Alaska Annual Chapter Conference

The 2026 Alaska Chapter conference committee is now accepting submissions for speaking engagements for the conference in Fairbanks on December 2-4, 2026. The conference theme is "A Place for all Alaskan Learners." Desired topics include: Deciding whether to renovate or replace, Rural & maintenance concerns, Construction contractor’s presentations, Impacts of space design on student performance and outcomes, Educational models, Transitioning from construction to O&M, Playgrounds, Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Alternative energies, Student mental health/trauma engaged design, Furniture for schools. Speakers are encouraged to include students, teachers, or administrators in their proposals.
