2026 AI Summit & Micro-Credential

The AI Summit & Micro-Credential brings together PK-12 HR leaders for hands-on learning and real-world application of artificial intelligence in today's rapidly evolving education landscape. As AI tools quickly reshape recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and daily operations, this summit equips HR leaders with the knowledge and practical skills needed to lead with confidence. Day One offers two focused learning pathways: an AI Essentials Micro-Credential designed for those building foundational understanding and an AI Advanced Micro-Credential for leaders ready to implement, evaluate and scale AI tools within their districts. Both pathways emphasize ethical use, data privacy, bias mitigation and compliance considerations specific to K--12 environments. Following completion of this training participants will take a short assessment to earn either an AI Essentials or AI Advanced Micro-Credential. *Includes 12 month access to the AI Learning Management System. Day Two features district-led sessions on implementation strategies and real-world case studies, highlighting how schools are using AI to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate engagement, automate routine HR workflows, support employee relations and make more informed, data-driven decisions.
