About this conference
Ag Day On The Hill is an annual, family-friendly event hosted by Prairie View A&M University's College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources (CAFNR). With a history of over 35 years, it provides agriculture producers and community members with a first-hand experience of the work done by CAFNR researchers, specialists, and professionals. The event features unique experiential learning-based workshops, farm demonstrations, business networking, and activities designed to empower families, enhance farm sustainability, support small business growth, and inspire youth. The 2026 theme is "Family, Farm, Food, and Fun!" It includes K-12 youth participation on Day 1 and producer-focused workshops for adults on Day 2, alongside interactive workshops, food samplings, and an exploration of the campus.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor/Vendor opportunities are available. Participants are asked to contribute at least two door prizes in lieu of a fee. Benefits include a booth with one table and two chairs, and the company logo placement in the program. The submission deadline for exhibitors/vendors is March 20, 2026.
