About this conference
The 2026 AFA Annual Meeting is the premier face-to-face educational and networking forum for professionals and volunteers affiliated with fraternities and sororities within the higher education setting. As the culminating event of AFA’s Forward to 50 strategic plan and the organization’s 50th anniversary, it will serve as a capstone of reflection, recognition, and renewal for the profession. The event aims to be a launchpad for the next 50 years of leadership, inclusion, and innovation in fraternity and sorority life, focusing on fostering inclusive communities, addressing systemic inequities, supporting students through complex challenges, and developing leadership capacities. Attendees can expect approximately 15 hours of education including over 100 educational sessions, keynote general sessions, learning labs, and opportunities to connect with umbrella association representatives, along with approximately 10 hours of networking, two meals including the AFA Awards Presentation and Industry Celebration Banquet, and special 50th Anniversary programming.
