About this conference
This annual legislative meeting gives attendees the opportunity to collaborate with transportation leaders from state departments of transportation, members of Congress, federal transportation officials, and other industry experts on a range of current and future policy matters. Highlighting legislative and regulatory developments in all modes of transportation, the 2026 edition of AASHTO’s longstanding forum will focus on partnership efforts by state DOTs with the Trump administration and Congress to focus on successes from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, build momentum for surface transportation funding reauthorization, annual appropriations, and other legislative and regulatory priorities of the state DOT community.
Sponsorship options
Various sponsorship tiers are available, including Item/Event Sponsorships such as Host State Night ($45,500), BOD Dinner ($30,500), Reception ($15,500), Knowledge Meadow ($15,500), and various individual item sponsorships (e.g., Charging Stations, Delegate Bag, Lanyards, Wi-Fi Access) each at $10,500. General Tier 1 Sponsorships include Platinum ($12,500), Gold ($9,500), Silver ($7,500), and Bronze ($5,500). Benefits across tiers may include logo recognition in event programs, on the meeting website, and on sponsor signs; inclusion in the mobile app; complimentary delegate registrations; advertising in the meeting program; and ability to distribute flyers.
