148th Annual Training Conference & Expo

The Sheriffs of Texas began Annual Training Conferences in 1878. These Training Conferences today are the largest composite gathering of law enforcement officers in Texas. Attendees will receive an assortment of specialized training for Texas Peace Officers through informative General Sessions, often taught by National Speakers, and specialized topics in concurrent training sessions. The conference focuses on providing valuable information on technology, current issues, and problems facing Texas Peace Officers. It also offers opportunities for law enforcement colleagues to network and discuss everyday issues. Additionally, an expo featuring a record number of vendors allows attendees to discover new and innovative products available for peace officers. The conference also includes family-friendly events such as shopping trips, fashion shows, wine tours for spouses, and activities like water parks, roller skating, bowling, and laser tag for youth.
