About this conference

The 11th International Symposium on Environmental Hydraulics (ISEH) will be held at the University of Iowa, bringing together international experts to present and discuss new research and technical innovations in environmental fluid dynamics research. The symposium focuses on the latest advances in experimental and computational methods used to understand and predict flow, fluid-driven ecological processes, anthropogenic influences (e.g., heat, dissolved and suspended organic/inorganic material), sediment transport, and morphodynamic processes in rivers, coastal regions, and reservoirs. It aims to provide a productive platform for scientific discussions, opportunities for younger scientists and practitioners to interact with established researchers, and to spark new collaborations among participants, emphasizing cross-fertilization and interdisciplinary interactions.
