About this conference
The National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS) invites attendees to its Annual Conference to meet with thousands of social studies educators, administrators, and professionals from across the country to inspire usage of best practices and rejuvenate with others in the social studies profession. Attendees will leave the conference with strong strategies for delivering instruction that engages students, best ways to advocate for the most pressing issues of social studies education, and a network of colleagues to support them throughout the year. The mission of National Council for the Social Studies is to advocate and build capacity for high-quality social studies by providing leadership, services, and support to educators.
