This intergovernmental agreement establishes terms between the McHenry County Conservation District and the City of Crystal Lake for an improvement project. The City will construct a sidewalk, which necessitates the removal and reconstruction of a portion of the District's Prairie Trail, at the City's sole cost. The agreement grants the City a license to access District property for the work and outlines mutual responsibilities for maintenance, safety, and indemnification. The agreement is effective from May 7, 2024, for an initial term of twenty years.
