Errors were identified in ADM calculations, special education expenses, and vocational education reporting. Specifically, students were not being dropped after ten consecutive absences, travel expenses for the special education director were incorrectly included for reimbursement, and teacher FTE was slightly reduced due to courses being counted as two separate classes when taught concurrently. The net effect of all errors for the audit period is $9,641 due from the school district.
