The 2023 Recovery Plan Report for the State of Wyoming outlines the state's approach to utilizing the American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA SLFRF) to promote economic recovery among impacted communities and industries. The plan focuses on immediate needs caused or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, key problem areas impacting Wyoming's resilience and vitality, and solutions to problems identified in previous phases.
