Jason Raber, owner of Worker Bee Holdings, presented a plan to combine his lots, which was approved. David Parsons presented a plan to be a pickup location for firearms at his residence on Loperwood Lane, but the request was tabled for further discussion with the Solicitor. There were no Village Administrator's or Engineer's reports.
The planning commission meeting included discussions and approvals for several new business items. A representative from West Roofing proposed a plan for a new office and warehouse building, which was approved with considerations for landscaping, lighting, fencing, and parking. North Pointe presented drawings for final plan approval, detailing a phased construction plan for 44 units. Plans for semi-parking at 107 Railroad Street were discussed, leading to the approval of a conditional use permit contingent upon specific improvements. The Village Administrator presented a Performance Agreement for Subdivision Regulations, with an agreed-upon fine per day for violations.
NorthStar Builders requested an extension on Sherman Drive until December 31, 2024, to complete the apartment project, citing manholes, laterals, and gas lines as major issues. Concerns were raised about the retention pond and the need for rip-rap installation. A motion was made to approve the extension. There were no Village Administrator's or Engineer's Reports.
