The Village of Bloomingdale, Illinois is soliciting sealed bids for materials procurement related to its FY26 Sanitary Mainline, Hydrant, and Valve Improvement Program, including hydrants, valves, and fittings. Bids are due to the Village Clerk’s office by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Foundation: Repair grout. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1)Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 2)Overflow discharge modification. 3)Install additional attachment clamps on the leg ladder fall prevention device. 4)Install a vandal guard. 5)Balcony drain holes. 6)Balcony access modification. 7)Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 8)Adjust the loose sway rods. 9)Repair damaged electrical conduit. 10)Install grounding rods for the structure.
