Repairs: 1)Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 2)Overflow discharge modification. 3)Install additional attachment clamps on the leg ladder fall prevention device. 4)Install a vandal guard. 5)Balcony drain holes. 6)Balcony access modification. 7)Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 8)Adjust the loose sway rods. 9)Repair damaged electrical conduit. 10)Install grounding rods for the structure.
