Repairs: 1) Replace one sidewall manway. 2) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 3) Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 4) Overflow discharge modification. 5) Install a swing gate at the roof step-off platform opening. 6) Install a roof handrail with a painter’s railing. 7) Install grounding rods for the structure.
