The Patty Center Pool Code Corrections project includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil modifications to correct building code deficiencies and replace aging systems for the swimming pool at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Patty Center. Work includes a building addition to house a new HRV, with additive alternates for pool vessel penetrations, filtration and treatment systems, observation balcony railing upgrades, and flooring/drain replacement; the construction range is estimated at $5,000,000+.
