Parking Facility: Location shall be within the following bounding streets located in New Orleans, LA: Poydras St., Tchoupitoulas St., Julia St., and Baronne St. Access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with unlimited in/out parking. Parking management system and/or software must have capability to manage shared parking between two or more parkers (e.g., “pooled” parking wherein a prefixed number of active accounts/parkers are allowed daily or multi-parker accounts with one valid entry at a time). Allow self-parking only. Attendant parking is prohibited, and the parking facility shall not be allowed to keep any sets of keys belonging to Court personnel. All parking spaces provided herein shall be on ground level or accessible on all other levels by elevator and stairs. Paved, established parking areas with designated parking spaces. Covered parking, secure from the elements of weather. A safe and secure environment by means of an on-duty attendant, security cameras, routine patrol, or restricted access (via card reader, keypad entry, etc.). Well-lit throughout, including elevators, stairwells, entrances, and all areas accessible to judiciary personnel. Vehicles should remain secured and free from damage.
