This project is a renovation of an existing single-family home. TCHFH is looking for qualified companies to bid on: Sewer & Water Repair; Egress Window & Egress Window Well Installation; Concrete - Flatwork. Any concrete cutting on site needs to be a wet cut; Excavate for new egress window & window well. Attach window well to foundation. Top of window well to be installed no lower than 6" below top of existing foundation. Confirm final height with site supervisor or project manager. Grade to slope away from house and window and blend in with surrounding grade.Excess dirt will be able to remain on site to fill in low spots in the back yard. Include transporting dirt to the back yard in proposal.3/4" washed rock to be placed as backfill inside the egress window well, up to 6" below window buck. Cut rough opening in concrete.Frame in opening as indicated on plans. Install waterproofing membrane on the exterior.Install window, flashing, and waterproofing.Window well to include access ladder. Sidewalks on site to be 3 feet wide and 4" thick. Include all additional charges for this project; examples include but not limited to any required city permit fees, environmental washout fees, pump truck fees, conveyor, and winter charges. Remove and dispose of existing front sidewalk. New walk to be 3' wide. Approx. 45 LF. Install new sidewalk from the garage service door to the driveway. New walk to be 3' wide. Approx. 12 LF. Remove and dispose of existing front stoop. Leave behind metal handrails for re-installation by others.
