Project includes, but is not limited to, subsurface investigation of existing water lines, identification of existing water line material types, the replacement of lead and galvanized affected water service lines within the project area, as shown in the plans, of the town. The work includes new connections to existing water mains, new meter pits, new curb stops, and new water service lines to the interior home shut-off valves. Other work includes ancillary surface restoration, utility coordination, and all other work required for the completion of the project.

Supply of 5,000 gallons, more or less, of No. 2 (Off Road) diesel fuel to be delivered to the Utility Building; 55 gal drum DEF oil. Oil delivered to the garage, a 24 hour service not required. 7,000 Tons, more or less, of crushed stone, sizes 1" to 2" and size 73 stone meeting INDOT standard specifications. Bids on stone to be per ton. FOB Quarry and price per ton furnished, hauled and spread or stocked on any street. Hot asphalt mix per ton, FOB Quarry or spread and rolled in place on town streets. Cold asphalt mix per ton, FOB Quarry or spread and rolled in place on town streets. Hot and Cold mix to pass INDOT standard specifications. Ready mix concrete 600 CY, more or less, delivered at any point in the Town.
