This portion of rehabilitation work includes the milling of existing pavement and remove existing paved shoulder and asphaltic curb to allow for the reconstruction of the shoulder base to be paved with the addition of Carlson Curb throughout the project limits. The work also includes butt joint milling at driveways; asphaltic flume placement; restoration to ensure drainage and associated erosion control.
