The Town of Vail solicits contractors to remove and dispose of ~25 dead/dying spruce and lodgepole pine along a 0.5-mile section of Gore Creek (mostly town-owned; two on Grand Hyatt/private). Pricing: two lump-sum prices (town-owned and private) plus unit/hourly pricing for traffic control; contract is fixed-price except traffic control. Scope includes cutting, limbing, hauling, chipping, cleanup, and off-site disposal (no delivery to Town); brood trees must be destroyed or hauled to an approved site >5 miles. Access constraint: no vehicular access to the south side—contractor must propose access methods. Work window: Oct 7–25, 2024.

Project will include signage design and implementation services. The selected design-build firm shall provide complete design, fabrication, and installation services for all permanent signage, wayfinding, code, and environmental graphic elements associated with the arena renovation. The signage program must integrate seamlessly with the architectural design by populous architects and the town of vail s branding standards.
