Learn more →This project includes the construction of a new 1.5 million gallon composite elevated water tower. This project also includes the water main, valves and other appurtenances, controls, tank control valve, electrical connections, water fill station, drainage, pavement, and site fencing as specified. Supplemental to this New Paradise tower, a tank control valve will need to be installed offsite to control flows for the existing Plank tower. Lastly, this project will include the demolition and removal of the existing Paradise water tower adjacent to the new tower site as well as the demolition and removal of the offsite Frame standpipe. The demolition will include the disconnection of any and all utility services as necessary.
