The selected vendor shall provide: outdoor lighting with lamination bright enough for the safe passage of individuals based on lighting locations around the property. We anticipate the use of existing electrical panels, conduit, wiring and, fixture boxes. Where this is not possible, the proposal must indicate new hardware. Depending on the lighting fixture specifications and location, illumination will be controlled by lighting sensors or pre-programmed timers.

B. Guard Appearance & Equipment Guards must: Wear a professional security uniform clearly identifying the company; Display visible company ID and badge; Carry firearm in holster on duty belt; Utilize communication equipment (radio or equivalent); Wear body armor (recommended); Maintain professional grooming and appearance; C. Marked Security Vehicle: If requested, vendor shall provide: Clearly marked patrol vehicle with company identification; Active patrol of parking areas and perimeter; Vehicle presence for the full minimum event duration.

Recording equipment: Be capable of being connected via wi-fi connections or hard wiring. Capture video images from all vantage points from within facility and complete coverage of surrounding outdoor areas simultaneously. Store and maintain recorded footage for a period of 7 days. Provide remote access to all cameras using portable devices such as cell phones and tablets. Be able to produce images with quality comparable to, or better than 4K resolution, for easy identification of captured frames 24 hours a day. Be mounted to a concrete and wood constructed building with hardware capable of withstanding weather conditions conducive to the Florida southwest Gulf area. See attached file.
