Remove existing insulation and coating system from exterior and apply new coating system, including logo. 2. Remove existing coating system from interior wet and apply new coating system. 3. Remove existing insulation and coating system from interior dry sweat areas (dry access tube and bowl) and apply new coating system. 4. Remove existing coating system from interior dry riser pipe, platforms (3 total), and stem above top platform, and apply new coating system. Aluminum jacketing and insulation shall be removed from riser pipe to perform the work and reinstalled after the new coating system is applied. 5. Recondition interior dry non-sweat coating system by performing spot repairs to damaged areas. 6. Install a mixer system in the interior wet, with control panel installed in the heated enclosure. 7. Remove existing heated enclosure in base bell and construct a new heated enclosure, including concrete flatwork. 8. Perform other miscellaneous tower improvements.
